Panel Planner Pilot/Owner version

The pilot may or may not be the owner or there may be multiple pilots and multiple owners. The instrument panel affects how the aircraft is flown (VFR, IFR, for-profit) and the aircraft value. Sometimes one person, or a small group, or a club makes the panel design decisions. This Panel Planner version can be shared on a home, work, or mobile computer or with the other decision-makers. The purchase price may even be split in pieces among a group.
