What's a Wiring Planner?
Wiring Planner is a specialized electrical CAD application developed to support the aviation and avionics industry. It was designed to assist aerospace engineers, avionics technicians, and maintenance personnel by providing tools for precise modeling and diagramming of aircraft wiring and electrical systems.

And it works with Panel Planner! Wiring Planner lets you complete your instrument panel by designing the wiring to bring it to life. You can import Panel Planner projects into Wiring Planner to automatically generate an electrical model that includes all the components in your panel design.
IMPORTANT
The Wiring Planner price is $1,295. If purchased with Panel Planner Avionics Shop version (also $1,295) there is a combination price of $2,390. That is a savings of $200.

Getting Started Quickly
Before diving in, we recommend watching our helpful video guide on our YouTube channel: “How to Install Wiring Planner“. Once you’re set up, follow along with the video “Wiring Planner Tutorial – Avionics Installation” to get familiar with the software’s functionalities.
Here is a DropBox link for a sample wiring library and another link of a project to help you get started. Download them to your hard drive then open both in Wiring Planner.
